Refund policy

This is our refund and returns policy – please read carefully before you buy with us, to enable a smooth transaction and good relationship between us:


We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will only offer refunds for damaged or faulty products (proof must be provided).


To be eligible for a return, the item must be received back to us in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging. Your receipt/proof of purchase must also be provided.


Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to receive a store credit or refund of the original purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).


Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
